MWFpress- NGO activists of the “International Solidarity Movement” campaigned for freedom of Palestinian journalist, Mohammed al-Qeeq.
They pointed the serious health condition of Mr. Al Qeeq, international communities’ silence towards political and unfair detentions of Palestinian citizens.
The activists called for massive demonstrations of NGOs and human rights organizations in front of Israeli embassies.
They also urged the public to sign a petition in order to put the EU under pressure of cutting its extensive collaborations with Israel government.
the Palestinian prisoner, Mohhamed Al-Qeeq, began his hunger strike 84 days ago in a protest against his arbitrary imprisonment by Israeli authorities without any charges or trial. To date, The Israeli high court has refused requests of releasing him. However, large Protests and widespread campaigns are holding around the world to call for Al-Qeeq's freedom.
