Following is a summary of the questions and answers which are raised in this webinar.

1- What does President Trump try to achieve with this decision?
Mark Glenn: he wants to be the one who helps Israel in different way so that he can be the super star. His move to put IRGC in terrorist list is a part of his plan to empower Israel just like the thing that he has done concerning Golan Heights.

2- Why is he putting IRGC on a list which is basically for terrorist groups like MKO?
Michael Opperskalski: First of all I believe this event is a Medal of honor for IRGC and Islamic republic. Hizbulla and Syrian army and Iraqi forces immediately commented in support of IRGC and it shows that there is a unity against this decision. It was just a mad move by a lunatic to put IRGC on a terrorist list. The destabilization of Iran and Middle East has failed so far so this is their next move to weaken Iran. It’s just a plan to activate underground forces of enemies to be encouraged and activated against IRGC but hopefully this move will fail too. In any case it’s just an desperation of American imperialists but it’s also important to be wiser and smarter to act appropriately against this decision.

3- Do you think this kind of decision will affect the influence of IRGC in the region?
Ali Salam: IRGC is here to stay and nobody can do anything about it. This event can be good in some way because American military can no longer feel like that they can violate Iranian territorial waters in Persian Gulf and they are being designated as a terrorist group as a tit for tat reaction of Iran. They want to confront to Islamic republic of Iran anyway. I think there is a real politic going on in USA. But finally I believe this decision won’t go anywhere.

4- What is the outcome of this decision for any company or country that is in cooperation with IRGC?
setareh sadeghi: we should take it to account that Iran has been under sanctions since many years and IRGC is somehow used to these problems. I believe that in the short term there would be some problems but in the long term it won’t affect Iran or IRGC so much as Iran is very popular now. Generally this whole act will increase anti American sentiment in the region.

5- What is the reason that some of the allies of USA were against this decision?
Mark Glenn: Europe will try to throw everything it has against Trump. But they are the ones who created this monster so it so Iran should never trust Europe.

6- Do you think Iran was effective for any country in the middle east or not?
Michael oppreskalski: I think if you look at Lebanon you can see that Israel has a deep fear from Hizbulla more than any Arab army and that is because of IRGC and shows that Iran and IRGC were truly effective in the region and Hizbulla is only an example

7- What are the differences between IRGC and USA’s interventions in Syria and Iraq?
Ali Salam: well I believe that the first difference is that one side created ISIS intentionally and the other side defeated ISIS and obviously the one who created the ISIS is US and Israel.

8- Some say that IRGC is getting an answer for its intervention in Syria or Iraq. What s the different then between IRGC and ISIS?
The point is that IRGC has been present in Syria and Iraq upon an invitation by legitimate governments of those countries but USA was not ever invited by any of those government and it imposed itself on those countries.
